What is a Fertility Health Check?
A Fertility Health Check at Repromed includes assessment of your fertility through simple tests. Results are interpreted by a Fertility Clinician, providing personalised guidance for your future fertility planning.
Who is eligible?
If you are under 35 and have concerns about your fertility, a Fertility Health Check may be right for you. This service is available for individuals or couples with eggs or sperm. Common concerns include:
- Irregular or painful periods
- Pain during intercourse
- Family history of infertility
- Autoimmune or thyroid conditions
- Undescended testes or testicular torsion
- Suspected endometriosis or PCOS

Tests included in a Fertility Health Check
For People with Sperm
A semen analysis is a scientific assessment of a sperm sample, performed by experienced fertility scientists.
- Motility: Ability to swim
- Morphology: Shape of the sperm
- Count: Number of sperm in the sample
- Vitality: Percentage of living sperm
For People with Eggs
Hormonal assessments include:
- AMH: Anti-Müllerian Hormone
- FSH: Follicle Stimulating Hormone
- LH: Luteinizing Hormone
- Estradiol (E2): Estrogen levels
- TSH: Thyroid Stimulating Hormone
- T4: Thyroxine
Additional tests include rubella and varicella immunity screenings and, if indicated, a pelvic ultrasound to assess uterine and ovarian health.
