When you see a fertility doctor, they will undertake some testing with you and discuss whether egg freezing is the best option for you. Once you have made an informed decision, a treatment plan will be tailored to your individual needs.
After you've completed some paperwork and met with the team, you'll be able to commence treatment. You'll be on some stimulation medication in the lead up to your procedure. The procedure itself is a day procedure which you'll be asleep for. Once your eggs are collected, the scientists in the lab asses each one for their suitability to be frozen.
