Dr Emily Button

Dr Emily Button is a specialist genetic scientist with a strong focus on advancing healthcare through the integration of genomic technologies. She completed her PhD in Molecular and Biomedical Science, with a particular emphasis on genetics, and has been working in the field of genetics in healthcare since 2018.

Dr Button joined Repromed in 2021, where she plays a key role in the development and implementation of new genomic technologies and tests, contributing to the clinic’s innovative approach to personalised care.

In addition to her work at Repromed, Dr Button is a lecturer at the University of Melbourne in the Department of Paediatrics, Melbourne Medical School, for the Masters of Genomics and Health Program. Her passion lies in providing high-quality genetic services that lead to better health outcomes for individuals worldwide. She has presented at international conferences, including the prestigious Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis International Society (PGDIS), and is committed to driving advancements in genomic healthcare through education and research for individuals both within Australia and worldwide.
